There were only division all-stars in 1958, but the CFL coaches voted on an "unofficial" CFL All-Star Team. There was also a Shrine East and West teams that year, and those are shown on the second line. In most cases the official and Shrine teams are the same, but there are a few differences. As well, Ted Reeves had his own all-star team.
