Junior Ah You was one of the top defensive ends in the CFL in the 1970s, twice winning both Eastern and All-Canadian All-Star honours (1976 and 1979). Ah You came out of Arizona State and played his entire ten year career (1972-81) iwth the Montreal Alouttes and was a big part of why they kept going back to the Grey Cup in the early to mid 1970s. Ah You played in five Grey Cups, winning two ( 1974 and 1977) and losing three (1978, 1978 and 1979). Along with players like Gordon Judges an Glen Weir, Ah You gave Montreal one of the best defensive lines in the CFL. Ah You left the Alouettes after the 1981 season, at least partly over money he felt was owed to him by new owner Nelson Skalbania. In 1983, Ah You returned to football with the Chicao Blitz of the UFFL. Ah You would go on to play three seasons in the USFL, one each with Chicago, Arizona and New Orleans. Junior Ah You was elected to the Canadian Football Hall-of-Fame in 1997.
