Tom Rossley served as an assistant coach for the Montreal Concordes for three seasons from 1982 to 1984. Rossley graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1968 and from there embarked on a long career as a coach, both head and assistant, at the college level and as an assistant coach in the professional ranks. Rossley's resume is on the offensive side of things, mainly with the quarterbacks and receivers. Among the quarterbacks that Rossley has worked with are Warren Moon and Brent Favre.
