Chris Jones is widely considered to be one of the best defensive coordinators in the CFL. Jones came to the CFL in 2002 with the Montreal Alouettes and remaned there for six years (2002-07). The Alouettes went to four Grey Cups in those six years, winning in Jone's first season with them in 2002. That habit of winning Grey Cups in his first season with a team carried over to Jones' next stop with Calgary. Jone was the defensive coordinator for four seasons with the Stampeders (2008-2011), winning a Grey Cup in his first season with them in 2008. In 2012, the Toronto Argonauts hired Jones to become their defensive coordinator and Jones won a Grey Cup for the third time with his third team in his first season with that team.
