Kerry Watkins

The speedy Kerry Watkins signed as a free agent with Montreal in June, 2004 out of Georgia Tech.  Watkins would go on to eight years for the Alouettes, retiring after the 2011 season. Watkins got off to a bit of a slow start in his rookie season in 2004, with just 4 catches, but seeing action on kick returns.  Watkin's career as a receiver took off in his second season when he had 97 catches for 1364 yards.  Watkins would go on to rfeel off five straight thousand yard seasons receiving from 2005 to 2009 and just fell short in 2010 with 970 yards as he missed five games.  Watkins won four East All-Stars (2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009) and a pair of CFL All-Stars in 2005 and 2009.  Watkins played in five Grey Cup games for Montreal.  It took a while to get his first win as the Als lost in the the final in 2005, 2006 and 2008, but Watkins got back to back victories in 2009 and 2010. Watkins finished with 515 career receptions and 7431 yards.
