Billy Joe Tolliver
Tolliver was a draft pick of the San Diego Chargers of the NFL in 1989. Tolliver also had stints with the Atlanta Falcons and the Houston Oilers of the NFL before signing with the expansion Shreveport Pirates for the 1995 season. Tolliver was the regular QB for the Pirates and had a good season with a 59.2% completion rate and 3767 yards passing. After the folding of the U.S. based t eams, Tolliver was selected by Winnpeg in the 14th round of the dispersal draft, but did not play any games for he Bombers.
