Pat Stoqua

Stoqua was a territorial exemption of the Ottawa Rough Riders in 1979 and played his entire six year career in Ottawa.  While he didn't see much action as a receiver in his first couple of seasons, Stoqua proved to be a dependable receiver when given a chance as his career progress with two 30+ reception seasons.
