Vic Stevenonson had a long 17 year CFL career from 1982 to 1998. Stevenon started his career with Saskatchewan as a fifth round draft pick of the Riders in 1981. Stevenson joined Saskatchewan in 1982, but missed the entire season with an injury. Stevenson remained with the Riders through the 1992 season, winning West All-Stars in 1991 and 1992 and a CFL All-Star in 1992. In 1992, Stevenson was also the Outstanding Offensive Lineman in the West, and runner-up for the CFL award. Stevenson's reward for his best year was to be released by the Riders prior to the 1993 season, and he was then signed as a free agent by BC in June of 1993. Stevenson played three years in BC (1993-1995), winnng a North All-Star in 1995. Stevenson signed as a free agent with Toronto for 1996 and after one year with the Argos was traded to Winnipeg for a third round pick prior to the 1997 season. Before he could play for Winnipeg, the Bombers traded him to Edmonton for offensive lineman Chris Green. Edmonton released Stevenson in June of 1998 and he signed as a free agent with Montreal. Stevenson played only one game with the Als in 1998 before being released. Stevenson then signed with his original team, and completed his final year with Saskatchewan.
