Frank Rigney was a Hall of Fame offensive tackle who played ten years in the CFL, all for Winnipeg, from 1958 to 1967. Rigney won seven West Division All-Stars (1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1964, 1965 and 1966) and three CFL All-Stars (1962, 1965 and 1966). Since CFL All-Stars only started in 1962, so Rigney might well have won a few more if they had been around earlier. Rigney was named the Outstanding Lineman in 1961 which is a very good sign of his ability as back then the offensive linemen had to share a single award with their defensive counterparts. As a member of the Bombers, Rigney won four Grey Cups (1958, 1959, 1961 and 1962). After retiring, Rigney had a successful career in insurance and remained involved in the CFL, working as a color commentator on CFL games for the CBC and CTV. Frank Rigney was elected to the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1984. Frank Rigney passed away on June 29, 2010. Wikipedia Article on Frannk Rignery
