Don Panciera was a star quarterback at the highschool, college and professional levles. Panciera played college ball at Boston College and the University of San Francisco before moving on to the pros. Panciera played for the New York Yanks of the AAFC in 1949 then with the Detroit Lions of the NFL in 1950 and the Chicago Cardinals in 1952. Panciera joined the Toronto Argonauts for one game as a defensive back in 1953. Don Panciera passed away on February 9, 2012.
