Bob O'Billovich's history with the CFL goes back nearly 50 years. After playing football at Montanta State, O'Billovich joined the Ottawa Rough Riders as a defensive back / quarterback in 1963. O'Billovich played five seasons (1963-67) with Ottawa, recording 24 interceptions. O'Billovich tied for the East lead with 6 interceptions in 1964 and led the East in interceptions with 7 in his final season. O'Billovich was an East All-Star at defensive back in 1965. Since retiring as a player, O'Billovich has been involved in almost every level of coaching and managment with several CFL teams. O'Billovich started his coaching career with Ottawa in 1977, and had his first stint as a head coach with Toronto from 1982-89. Next, O'Billovich went on to spend three years as GM and Head Cocah of the BC Lions (1990-92), a return to Toronto as Head Coach (1993-95) and GM (94-95). Moving more into management, O'Billovich had stints as Director of Player Personal with Saskatchewan (1998-99), Calgary (2000) and BC (2003-07).
