Jay McNeil was a bit of a rarity in the modern CFL, a player who played 14 season, all with the same team. McNeil was drafted by Calgary in the fourth round of the 1994 draft, and remained with the Stamps for his entire career. McNeil won six West All-Stars (2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007) and three CFL All-Stars (2001, 2002 and 2006). McNeil won the West Oustanding Offensive Lineman Award and was the CFL runner-up in 2001.
