After playing at the University of South Dkaota, Stefan Logan had a strong rookie season in 2008 with 889 yards rushing in just 12 games. Logan attracted the attention of hte Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL who signed Logan for 2009 as a kick return specialist. Logan had nearly 1500 yards on kickoff returns in his two NFL seasons, with Detroit in 2009 and Pittsburgh in 210. Among the highlight of Logan's NFL career was a 105 yard kickoff return in 2009.
Logan returned to the CFL and the BC Lions late in the 2013 season.
