Marvin Lee was born in Estevan, SK and played his college football at Luther College in Iowa. Lee joined the Montreal Alouettes in 1962 and played 15 games for the Als at over two seasons (1962 and 1963). Lee was an offensive guard, but also backed up on the defensive line and saw action on special t eams. Lee was in camp with Montreal in 1964, but was traded to Winnipeg for quarterback Vernon Cole. Lee saw action with Winnipeg and Edmonton in his final season in 1964..
