Galen Laack was a ninth round draft pick of the Washington Redskins of the NFL in 19557 NFL College Draft. Laack came to the CFL and fter playing for the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 1957, Laack joined the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL in 1958. Laack was a two way player, playing offensive guard and linebacker on defense. Laack's career and life, however, werecut short by an automobile acident on December 31, 1958 that claimed his life.
