Kuale was released by Toronto just after he won the Grey Cup with the Toronto Argonauts in 2012. Montreal signed him as a free agent in February, 2013. Kuale was released by Montreal partway through 2013 and would later sign with the Saskatchewan Roughriders after an injury to middle linebacker Renauld (Ray) Williams. Kuale got his first action with the Riders in game 12 against BC.

The Daytona Beach, FL native was also used sparingly as a full back in short yardage situations. In 2006, he signed with the New Orleans Saints as a free agent and remained with the club for two seasons before spending the 2008 season with the Kansas City Chiefs. He then joined the Calgary Stampeders in May 2009.
