Jeff Inglis was a third round draft pick out of Guelph by the Calgary Stampeders in 1979. Inglis joined Calgary in 1981 and played four seasons for hte Stampeders, dressing for all 64 regular season games. Prior to the start of the 1985 season, INglis was traded along with linebacker Walter Ballard and a second round draft pick to Toronto for quarterback Joe Barnes. Inglis played 15 games with the Argos in 1985 and another 11 in 1986 before being traded in September to Saskatchewan for linebacker Gary Moton and a third round pick in the 1987 draft. Inglis played three games for the Riders in his final CFL season.
