Hill had tryouts with PIttsburgh and Phoenix in the NFL before signing with Toronto in 1992. After being released by Toronto, Hill returned to the CFL with the expansion into the US as he signed with the Shreveport Pirates in July of 1994 and was later released in August of 1994.
