Henry was drafted in the first found (fourth overall) by Winnipeg in the 1996 college draft. After playing 1996 for Winnipeg and starting the season with them, he was released on August 5, 1997 and signed by Saskatchewan on August 15, 1997. The Riders releasedHenry just before the start of the 1998 season June 20, 1998. Henry was signed by Calgary in September of 1998, but did not paly any games for them and was released on June 25, 1999. Signedby Toronto on June 9, 1999, Henry played the entire 1999 season in Toronto. He was released on June 30, 2000 by Toronto and resigned by Saskatchewan on August 9, 2000. Henry was released by Saskatchewan in April of 2001 and signed by Edmonton on August 8, 2001. Henry was selected by the Ottawa Renegades in the expansion draft in 2002.
