Jerome Gantt was an offensive tackle out of North Carolina Central University. Gantt was a fourth round draft pick of the Buffalo Bills in 1970. Gantt played one year with the Buffalo Bills before coming to the CFL in 1972. Gantt played two full seasons with Hamilton (1972-73) and split his final season between Hamilton, Montreal and Saskatchewan. After leaving the CFL, Gantt went on to play with the Charlotte Hornets of the WFL.
