Hank Galloway was a star halfback and punter with the Sarnia Imperials of the ORFU for 5 seasons. Galloway played 1939 and 1940 before the war, and 1946 to 1948 after the war. Galloway was born in Sarnia and played his junior football in Sarnia before moving up to the senior team in 1939 with the tough job of taking over for the great Hugh (Bummer) Stirling. Galloway did well in his test under fire and in 1940 was tied for third in the ORFU in scoring.
