Stan Crisson played his college football at Duke where he was the second highest pass cacher in American college football in 1963. From Duke, Crisson joined the Hamilton Tiger-Cats for two seasons (1964-65) as an offensive end. Crisson and the Tiger-Cats went to the Grey Cup in both seasons, losing to BC in 1964, but winning in 1965. As a rookie, Crisson had only 8 catches for 187 yards, though that is an impressive average of 23.7 yars per catch. Crisson saw the ball a lot more in his second season with 28 catches and 431 yards on a Hamilton team that was fairly run orientated. Crisson won an East Division All-Star that year. After his time in Hamilton, Crisson returned to his alma Matter at Duke where he was an assistant coach and recruiter for six years. After than, Crisson went into business, working as a furniture distributor and eventually owning his own business.
