Milt Crain played at Mississippi and was a 19th round draft pick of the Baltimore Colts of the NFL in 1959. Crain was released by the Colts before playing any regular season games and joined the CFL and the Montreal Alouettes in 1960. Crain would go on to play four and a part seasons with the Als, finishing his CFL career in 1964 with one game for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Crain won an East and CFL All-Star at center in 1963.
