Bill Bynum was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the 14th round of the 1971 NFL college draft, and served as a backup QB until 1973. Bynum had a tryout with the St. Louis Cardinals in 1974, but didn't make the team. Bynum joined he Argos in 1975 for one season.
