Brown signed as a free agent with Ottawa in May, 1995. After the 1995 season, Brown was traded to Baltimore in November of 1995. When Baltimore relocated to Montreal for 1996, Brown was released in July of 1996 and signed by Ottawa in September of 1996, playing just one game for them before being released.
