Coming out of South Carolina, Bridges signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on September 12, 1998 and was released just over a month latr on October 14. Bridges played 5 games, being used mainly as a kick returner. After leaving Hamilton, Bridges had tryouts with several NFL teams including Cleveland, Chicago, Cincinnati and Miami. Bridges also spent some time with the Berlin Thunder of NFL Europe in 2001.
