Jouarn Armour signed with the BC Lions in June of 2004. Armour spent two seasons in BC, mainly as a backup linebacker and working on special teams. Prior to the 2006 season, Armour was traded to Hamilton for a player on Hamilton's negotiation list and a conditional draft pick in the 2007 CFL college draft. With the Tiger-Cats, Armour moved into a starting role at linebacker and had two good seasons with the tabbies. Armour became a free agent after the 2007 season and signed with the Calgary Stampeders for 2008 and then returned to the BC Lions for 2009.
