Aidoo was a second round draft pick of Edmonton in 2003. He played 10 games for Edmonton in his rookie season before being released late in August. Winnipeg signed him as a free agent in October and he played 2 games with the Bomb ers. Aido was traded to Hamilton in February of 2004 for a third round draft pick. Aidoo played three seasons in Hamilton from 2004-2006. Aidoo was used manly on special teams and as a backup fullback. When he got a chance to play a bit more on offense in 2005 he had 18 carries for 116 yards and a very good 6.4 yard average carry.
