Jim Staton

Jim Staton played college football at Wake Forest and was drafted in the second round of the 1951 NFL College Draft by the Washington Redskins.  Staton played for Washington in 1951 before joining the Montreal Alouettes for five seasons (1952-56).  Staton won two East All-Stars, at tackle in 1952 and Defensive Tackle in 1954.  Jim Staton passed away on September 16, 1993.
