Dick Smith

 

After playing at Northwesedtern, Dick Smith was a ninth round draft pick of th eKansas City Chiefs in 1966. Smith joined the Montreal Alouettes in 1969 and ran for 491 yards in just 7 games. Smith started the 1970 season with Montreal, being used mainly as a receiver out of the backfield. Smith had only 125 yards rushing in 10 games for the Alouettes, but caught 47 passes for 547 yards. Smith finished the 1970 season with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
