Andy Shaw was a second round draft pick in 1964 out of Queen's by the Ottawa Rough Riders. Shaw had a short two year career with the Ottawa Rough Riders, but has since had a long successful career as a journalist and writer. Shaw worked for just about every news organization you can think of including CBC, CTV, TSN, Canadian Press, Reuters and teh Toronto Globe & Mail. While much of his reporting dealt wit hthe world of sports, Shaw did not limit his interest to sport and recently has been reporting on the emerging field of nano technology.
