Robert (Rob) Robinson

Drafted in the second round (17th overall) by Calgary in the 1996 college draft and joined the Stampeders for the 1997 season.  Robinson played two games for the Stamps before being released on July17, 1997.  Signed by Winnipeg on August 21 and completed the 1997 season with the Bombers.  Robinson stayed with the Bombers for 1998 and appeared in 11 games.  He was released by Winnipeg on June 26, 1999, just before the 1999 season started.  Robinson returned to play for Calgary a second time when they signed him on July 14, 1999, but he was again released on September 15, 1999.  Saskatchewan picked up Robinson on October 28, 1999 and he completed the 1999 season with Saskatchewan, appearing in two games.
