Justin Medlock

Justin Medlock was a fifth round draft pick of the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL in 2007. Medlock spent time with KC and Detroit before being released and joining the Argonauts in 2009. Medlock took over as the Argo kicker in game 2 and had a very good rookie year, demonstrating a strong leg. Medlock took another shot at the NFL in 2010, but ended up returning to the Argnonauts in September. It was a short stay and Medlock was relased after just four games. Medlock signed with Edmonton, but was promptly traded to Hamilton along with Carlos Thomas for a second round draft pick.  Meclock regained his form in 2011 and was the East All-Star at placekicking, with an 89.1% success rate on fieldgoals. That earned Medlock yet another shot at the NFL and he signed with the Carolina Panthers for 2012.
