Harold Hallman

Harold Hallman was an outstanding defensive tackle who played eight years in the CFL from 1986 to 1993.  Coming out of Auburn, Hallman signed as a free agent with the Calgary Stampeders for he 1986 season.  Hallman's 19 sacks that season helped win him the Outstanding Rookie award in the West and fo the CFL as well as West and CFL All-Star selections.  In 1987, Hallman had another 15 quarterback sacks to win his second West All-Star.  Partway through the 1988 season (September), Hallman was traded to the Toronto Argonauts for linebacker Doug Landry.  Hallman went on to win East and CFL All-Stars in teh next three seasons (1989, 1990 and 1991) while with Toronto.  In total, Hallman had five divisions Al-Stars, four CFL All-Stars and finished his career with 82 quarterback sacks.  Hallman's lone career touchdown came in 1991 on his one and only pass interception which he returned 29 yards for the score.
