Travis Claridge

 

Trent Claridge played at USC from 1996 to 1999, earning Pac 10 All-Star honours in 1998 and 1999.  Claridge was a second round draft pick of the Atlanta Falcons in 2000.  Claridge layed four seasons (2000-2003) with the Falcons.  A knee injury in 2003 limited Claridge to just 6 games and the Falcons did not renew his contract.  In 2004, Claridge had a tryout with the Carolina Panthers, but was rreleased before the season started. In 2005, Clardige joined the Hamilton Tiger-Cats where he played two games at offensive tackle. An injury in the second game finished his career. Travis Claridge passed away on February 28, 2006 at the age of 27.
