Ezzrett (Sugerfoot) Anderson

Ezzret Anderson played five years with various US professional teams, including one year in the old AAFC with the Los Angelas Dons in 1947 before joining Calgary in 1949 at age 31.  Anderson played six years for the Calgary Stampeders from 1949 to 1954.  There were no individual stats kep in 1949, and the stats were somewhat spotty for 1950 to 1953.  Anderson was second in the West in receiving in 1950.  Besides playing football, Andeson also had some acting experience with a role as a farm hand in the movie Seabiscut that starred Shirley Temple.
