Wayne Aiken was born in Kingston Ontario and played college football for the UBC Thunderbirds. Aiken joined the Calgary Stampeders in 1959 and played two seasons as a defensive back for the Stamps. After retiring from football, Aiken worked first as a teacher before moving into the investment banking field. Wayne Aiken passed away on April 27, 2012.
